Very trustworthy and helpful advice

I was selling my house in a difficult market (listed in Dec 2014). I think Ernest was very honest and upfront about everything. He was very well researched from the initial meeting and avoided a lot of the sales gimmicks and manipulation I had seen with other agents. The price I received was not stellar, but I think that had a lot to do with the market and timing. Overall very satisfied with Ernest.
